Tax 0% today

Notice to all:

Today is the day to buy your soul and spirit ore from dwarven village, since the area tax is 0%.

Hopefully it will last (at least) till 01:00.

    the 0% tax was holding yesterday as well... you can easily check it by accessing the map->world info->castle info->Schuttgart tax rate
