The changes are of course important in various aspects.
I noticed lots of helpful changes, especially towards the low-level characters. For example:
1. New buff herbs (Vampire Herbs, Deadly herbs, Lifting Herbs).
2. Herb duration increased to 5 minutes.
3. Grade A items in stores.
4. Prices in all stores reduced.
5. Stores that normally sell C grade equipment, will now have B grade items available for purchase.
This is sooooooooooooo much in line with the latest Noob strip:
