However I am afraid these are not yet available to our servers, and maybe they will not be - since they are probably related to NC Coins, ie real-life money you pay to NC Soft (e.g. Exteel game), or some future event.

Vitamin Manager is npc for Free 2 Play server, we have 2 in Indonesia
Hunting helper is basically Item Mall Pets (and yes, those screenshoot are IM pets).
I'm not sure wheter they will be implemented in P2P server, but in Indonesia, they have been fully implemented
