Birthday problems on July 14th

Just a quick note to let you know that yesterday, after the long update, some chars had problems getting their birthday buff.

If you had any such issues yesterday, or at any other time, be sure to file a petition. The problem might not be resolved, but at least you will get reimbursed with some revita-pops (a.k.a. lolipops).
