In order to learn one of those new/combined buffs, you need to find the adequate Forgotten Scroll and double-click on it. No Spellbook required and no visit to the skill trainer.

Note: The http://www.l2wh.com site mentions very low drop rate for each of those items, however this is not accurate. The database was probably not initialised when the scrolls started dropping, thus it averages many months of previous update (no drops) with few weeks of current update (scrolls dropping).

I have checked in Giran and the forgotten scrolls are sold at around 3-3,5 kk, which is very high as SB used to go... Reminder: all standard SB up to level 75 are sold by NPCs in the respective race starting villages, e.g. all kamael BM are sold by a trader in the kamael village square, etc.
FS prices are (ofc) falling, I've seen them for 1kk.
I will buy them when they fall enough (500k-700k), because going to those catas is a bad idea, too many bots+protectors :/
Any news on the prices of the forgotten scrolls? I keep finding them in all sort of prices, all of them >1,5 kk, so I would be happy if you could suggest when it is the right time and price to buy. I am interested in PP and SE ones..
Note: The catas are not THAT bad. They are indeed full of bots and players, but I hope that when most SEs and PPs get their forgotten scrolls, they will be less players around..
