News Flash: The quest A Special Order (lvl 40+) was finally activated!
1. Go to Helvetia in Giran Grocery, take quest. If you get the fisherman, go to step 2, if you get the warehouse chief go to step 3. You can abort the quest and re-take it, in order to try the other path.
2. The fisherman asks you for 30 Orange fish (10 ugly, 10 nimble, 10 fat). Talk to him again (with the fish!) and he gives you an item for Helvetia. Go to step 4.
3. The warehouse chief asks your for 120 manor fruits (Cobol). Talk to him again (with the fruit!) and he gives you an item for Helvetia.
4. Talk to Helvetia. She gives you a Wondrous Cubic and the quest ends.
Now that you have the Wondrous Cubic (non-tradable), you can use it once per 24 hours. It produces a colored item (tradable), randomly, which you can give to any warehouse freightman (plus adena) and buy enchant scrolls!

Some additional info on fishing:
- Small, big and high grade fish are no good for this quest.
- Buy an equal quantity of each lure color (green/yellow/purple), since you need an equal quantity of ugly/nimble/fat fish. Presumably 'nimble' = 'fast'.
- Fishing expertise lvl 13- 15 required for orange.
- If you have higher level of expertise, use orange potion from Fishing Master (6.750a). It lasts for 1 hour. There is also an antidote-potion, which gets you back to your initial expertise level (also 6.750a).
- Fishing guide.

Some kind of weird NC Soft way to increase manoring and fishing?

Any idea how much do the scrolls finally cost?
it's actually 10 ugly orange fish, 10 nimble orange fish, and 10 fat orange fish for 30 fish total.
Any idea where/how to fish for those fishes?
@anonymous: it's a short guide because it's a short quest, almost trivial, so feel free to post any "advanced" information.
@hippeia: you may be right, I did the manor thing, I hate fishing.
@tuner: see above answer :)
@Archmage: where is my answer?? :)
@anonymous: how did you do the upside-down trick? It's pretty cool!
@hippeia: do you know anything about fishing those fish specifically pls?
Hi I have questions redgarding this quest, maybe some1 can help me with it.
I have 3 chars and I`ll be doing this quest today and I`m wondering if I can have 3 Wondrous Cubic on one char or I must have one cubic per char? (it`s normal item or quest, can i sell it, buy another ones?") thx
@zosia: You can have only one quest cube per character, you can't trade them, but you can have one in every character.
actually its pretty cool. You have to fish which gives you random fish... so thats one challenge
Then you have to make some item once per day... another challenge... then pay for the scrolls with those items...
eh.... plus.. most ppl wouldnt want to fish.... so ....

Plus: Orange Fish needs fishing expertise lvl 13-15.
If you already have a higher level, use one of the orange potions ths Fishing Guild Master sells (6.750a) to decrease it.
Can someone tell me where I can get those fruits?
Summary:
1. Get your fishing skill to lvl 14 exactly. This will increase your chance to get orange fish as there is a 50% chance to fish at your exact lvl (14), 45% chance to fish one lvl lower (13), 5% chance to fish one lvl higher (15).
2. Always use the most expensive ("high grade") lure. The difference between grades is that the higher grade has a slightly higher chance to pull up better fish, also the fish bite much faster.
3. Buy an equal quantity of each lure color (green/yellow/purple). You need an equal quantity of ugly/nimble/fat orange fish.
Green Colored - High: 180a
Purple Colored - High: 240a
Yellow Colored - High: 216a

Ok I`ve done this quest on my 3 characters, easiest way is to do it with manor fruits, just buy some crops and seed them. Yea cubic is not tradeable, but the cubic pieces are. On the first day i got EWD,EAD and EAB, second day EWA!! EWC, EAC. Payed 5.5m for EWA and I`ll sell it for 9-12m according to my server prices (Luna), so I think this quest is awesome, thank you for sharing this!
I don't like fishing, so I would never go for that. Manor is easy and far cheaper than getting to lv 14 fishing plus you exp while doing it, so I did the quest 7 times for 7 characters like that.
I have no character in the 40 range, but I was able to get fruits the Thorn Cobols from a level 55 character - not bad at all! Remember, you can do this with any manor that offers the appropriate seeds, not only Giran manor.
Now I happily get 1 colored piece per character per day. I wish they had implemented this like the kamaloka system, i.e. reset the cubes at a fixed hour of the day instead of 24hr cooldown but, wth, it's a free meal.
Unfortunately... the pieces seem to be korean random. I get tons of rough blue pieces (EAD), which are completely useless (I buy EAD from CH) and the best I got was the EWB piece.
I just hope to get 3 fine white pieces (EWS) in the time needed for me to go to S grade :D
D'you know the % chance to have each enchant ?
guys can u tell me pls on what version of the game is available this quest? ty
I think this quest first appeared at "Gracia 1 - The Second Throne"(went live on August 2008 at official servers).
